We provide repair, preventive maintenance, refurbishment, fault diagnosis and emergency call-out services for commercial catering equipment across the UK. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us; the final price may vary once our engineers have inspected the equipment.
Please provide accurate details of your equipment and the fault when requesting a service. We aim to attend within the timeframe agreed at booking, but response times may vary depending on location, parts availability and demand, particularly for emergency call-outs.
Prices for parts and labour will be confirmed before work begins wherever possible. Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking or invoicing.
Repairs are carried out to a professional standard. Any warranty on parts or labour will be confirmed in writing at the time of the job. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for losses arising from equipment faults that existed before our engineers attended, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
All gas-related work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers in accordance with current gas safety regulations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking applies.
