Please include your name, contact details, the job or booking reference (if known), and details of your complaint.

What happens next

• We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
• We will investigate and aim to provide a full response within 10 working days. If we need longer, we will let you know and explain why.
• Where appropriate, we will agree a resolution with you, which may include a further visit, a repair, or another appropriate outcome.

If you're not satisfied

If you feel your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can ask for it to be reviewed by a senior member of our team. For gas safety related concerns, you may also contact Gas Safe Register.
